KYC Verification At Velobet
Velobet asks for KYC when you first withdraw, when your deposits or withdrawals trigger internal limits, when you change key account data (name, email, phone), or when the system flags unusual activity. Until KYC is approved, Velobet can pause withdrawals and may limit some account actions.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID. Velobet checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and photo. The image must be in colour, uncropped, and readable; glare, heavy blur, and edited files get rejected.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and current residential address. Velobet accepts a utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or government-issued residence certificate. Screenshots and documents with missing pages are treated as invalid.
- Payment method: If you used a bank card, Velobet asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits; cover the middle digits and the CVV. If you used an e-wallet, Velobet asks for a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page showing your name and account identifier (email/ID) plus recent transaction history. Velobet may also request a deposit receipt or transaction reference for matching.
Velobet runs automated checks first and then manual review if something does not match. Straightforward cases take 15 minutes to 24 hours after upload; manual review takes 1–3 business days, and longer if documents are unclear or details differ across files.
At the moment, Velobet’s KYC flow is standard: identity, address, and payment verification, with withdrawals held until approval and most checks completed within 1–3 business days.
